Strawberry Cake Filling
2 1/2-3 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1.) In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat till thickened. Cool before using.
